New Developments in The 700 MHz Auction
The FCC said 214 applicants qualified to bid in the upcoming 700 MHz auction. The auction is set to begin Jan. 24 with high profile names like Google, Verizon, at&t, and a host of other small lesser known companies. The FCC offilcially classified Frontline Wireless LLC as ineligible to bid. They abruptly closed up shop this week when upfront payments were due.
